Cancellation & Product purchase policies
We are a small business, we value your time & your business, and ask you to respect our scheduling policies.
We do understand that schedule adjustments are necessary at times. We respectfully ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice ahead of time for cancellation or rescheduling for any appointments.
A form of payment is needed for cancelation policy when scheduling your appointment. You will not be charged unless the following situations happen.
If you missed an appointment, or reschedule without 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge in order to continue booking.
25% First Time
No Call, No Show will be charged 100% of the service & we reserve the right not to accept your future bookings.
If you are 20 minutes late, your session will be reduced & we will not guarantee to get you in.
All Sales are Final. No returns or exchange.
