• We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary at times. We respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice ahead of time for cancellation or rescheduling for any appointments ( including complimentary consultation) to avoid cancellation fees.

• If you missed an appointment, cancel or reschedule without 48 hours notice, You will be subject to pay:

  • 50% of your Service ( First Time )

  • 75% of Your Service ( Thereafter​ )

• if you missed a complimentary consultation, cancel, rescheduled more than twice or reschedule with out 48 hours notice, We reserve the option to decline any future reservations you may attempt to make. 

​

• After 1 unkept  appointment ( making changes and/or cancel less than 24 hours prior ), we reserve the option to decline any future reservations you may attempt to make.

​

• No Call, No Show Clients will be subject to pay 100% of the service You booked.

​

• A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed, however, if you exceed this time limit, the length of your session may be shortened and we cannot guarantee to get you in.

 

• PLEASE NOTE to ensure that your skin concerns fall within the area of Cosmè's expertise. We kindly ask that you contact us for a skin consultation before scheduling any skincare services.

• PLEASE NOTE beautiful eyelash extensions shouldn't come at the cost of damaging your natural lashes. We recommend getting a fill every 2 weeks to maintain the integrity of your lashes and keep them looking their best.

• PLEASE DO NOT book any fill service if it's been 3-4 weeks from the initial set ( A Full Set will be required )

• PLEASE NOTE additional $50 will be applied to all foreign fills ( Foreign fill = Work isn't from Cosmè )

• All Sales are Final. No returns or exchange.
