CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOW, PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICIES

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR EYELASH EXTENSION PRE-CARE, POST-CARE & GUIDELINES ON BOOKING PROCESS!

We are a small business, we value your time & your business, and ask you to respect our booking policies.

A form of payment is needed when scheduling your appointment for cancellation policy. You will not be charged unless the following situations happen.
  • We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary at times. We respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice ahead of time for cancellation or rescheduling for any appointments.​
  • If you missed an appointment, or reschedule without 48 hours notice, We reserve the right to charge in order to continue booking.
    • 50% First Time
    • 75% Thereafter
  • After 1 unkept appointments in a row, We reserve the right not to accept your future bookings.
  • No Call, No Show Clients will be charged 100% of the service & We reserve the right not to accept your future bookings.
  • If you are 15 minutes late, the duration of your session will be reduced & We will not guarantee to get you in.
  • All Sales are Final. No returns or exchange. 

 

 

 

 

EYELASH EXTENSIONS PRE-CARE, POST-CARE & GUIDELINES ON BOOKING PROCESS

Cosmè Beauty understand that Pre-care & Post-care routine are just as important as the service itself. The key to maintaining the effects of wispy strip lash lies in a proper post-care routine. That's why Cosmè provide clients with effective and tailored Pre-care & Post-care routines to help them maintain the look they desire.  

BOOKING GUIDELINES APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENTS!

  • PLEASE BE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE allergies/ sensitivities to acrylates, cyanoacrylate adhesives.

  • PLEASE BE SURE TO COME IN MAKEUP FREE no mascara, no foundation, or oil-base facial products.

  • PLEASE BE SURE TO REMOVE YOUR CONTACTS prior to your lash appointment.

  • PLEASE INFORM COSMÈ PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT if you have any active skin irritation around your eyes/ lids area.

  • PLEASE AVOID all caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks, pre-workout) intake the day of your appointment to avoid eyes twitching 

  • BRING PHOTOS of you in your signature look with your desired strip lash look along with inspo sets.

  • PLEASE AVOID GETTING LASH WET for at least 2 hours.

  • PLEASE AVOID WEARING  mascara, eye makeup, eye liner, strip lash glues, oil-base cleanser or skin products, and lash growth serums.

  • PLEASE DO NOT : sleep on your stomach or sides which your lash could be rubbed against, use lash curl, nor pull/ cut your extensions.

  • PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM extreme heat (oven, hair dryer, cigarettes, etc.) 

  • PLEASE CLEAN YOUR EXTENSIONS ONLY WITH PRODUCTS PROVIDED FROM COSMÈ ( Classic - Clean every other 2 days ), (Hybrid - Clean every other day) , (Mega Volume - Must clean daily)

  • PLEASE NOTE : TEARS, POOL WATER, OCEAN WATER, AND SWEATS will risk weaken the glue bond (therefore if any of these situations occur, it is recommended to rinse lashes with water.)

  • PLEASE NOTE At Cosmè, we know that getting beautiful eyelash extensions shouldn't come at the cost of damaging your natural lashes. That's why we recommend getting a fill every 2 weeks to maintain the integrity of your lashes and keep them looking their best.

  • PLEASE DO NOT book any fill service if it's been 3-4 weeks from the initial set ( A Full Set will be required )

  • PLEASE NOTE additional $50 will be applied to all foreign fills ( Foreign fill = Work isn't from Cosmè )
